Find the fastest route to the right help.

Some problems can be resolved by checking the account or device first. Others may require EnoFlix Support or the payment platform that processed a transaction.

01

I cannot sign in

Check your sign-in information, account recovery options and whether the issue affects only one device.

02

My payment or subscription looks wrong

Review the subscription source, billing status, transaction information and the provider that processed the purchase.

03

Video will not play correctly

Check connectivity, the affected title, browser or app version, device state and whether another title plays normally.

Support lanes

Three places many support journeys begin.

Account access, billing and playback problems can sometimes look similar, but they usually require different information to diagnose.

Lane / Account

Account & sign-in

Use this route for sign-in problems, password recovery, profile questions, unfamiliar account changes or account closure guidance.

Lane / Billing

Subscription & payments

Use this route for subscription status, transaction questions, payment failures, cancellation or billing-provider issues.

Purchases made through a third-party app store or billing platform may need to be managed through that provider.

Lane / Playback

Streaming & playback

Use this route for buffering, playback errors, audio or subtitle problems, unsupported-device behaviour or quality issues.

Issue directory

Choose the subject closest to your problem.

You do not need to diagnose the issue perfectly before asking for help. Select the closest category and provide enough detail for the problem to be understood.

01 Account

Sign-in, password recovery, profiles, preferences and account closure.

Open support →
02 Billing

Subscription status, payment problems, transactions and cancellation.

Billing support →
03 Playback

Buffering, playback errors, video quality, audio and subtitle behaviour.

04 Devices

Browser, mobile application, device access, compatibility and session questions.

Device help →
05 Downloads

Offline-download availability, download failures or playback of downloaded titles where supported.

06 Accessibility

Keyboard access, captions, subtitles, audio access, readability or assistive-technology concerns.

07 Security

Compromised accounts, suspicious messages, impersonation or unauthorized activity.

Troubleshooting

Before escalating a playback or application problem.

A few checks can help determine whether an issue is connected to one title, one device, the network or the account itself.

01

Identify what is affected

Check whether the problem happens with one title, multiple titles, one profile, one device or the entire account.

02

Check the connection

Confirm that the device has a working internet connection and that other network services behave normally.

03

Restart the affected experience

Close and reopen the application or browser session. A device restart may also clear temporary application or network state.

04

Check software and device state

Review whether the browser, application or operating system needs an update and whether the device has enough available resources for normal operation.

05

Contact support with the details

If the issue continues, provide the affected title or feature, device, operating system, application or browser version, approximate time and any visible error message.

Useful diagnostics

Details that can make support faster.

Good diagnostic information helps distinguish between an account, content, application, device or connectivity problem.

Device Device type or model where reasonably available.
Platform Operating system, browser or EnoFlix app version.
Content Title, episode, live event or feature affected.
Error Exact error wording or code if one is shown.
Timing Approximate date and time when the issue occurred.
Scope Whether the issue affects one title, one device or multiple parts of the service.
Protect sensitive information Never include your password or full payment-card credentials in an ordinary support message.

Support may need information sufficient to understand or verify an issue, but sensitive credentials should not be sent unnecessarily.

Security

Some support problems are security problems.

Unexpected account changes, unfamiliar transactions or suspicious messages should be treated differently from ordinary playback or application issues.

Suspicious activity If you believe someone else has access to your account, secure the account first.

Change credentials where possible, protect the email or identity account used for recovery, review account information and visit the EnoFlix Safety Centre for additional guidance.

A

Compromised account

Follow the account-security response sequence before continuing with ordinary troubleshooting.

Recovery guidance →
B

Suspicious message

Do not rely on a suspicious message or link to verify whether the message itself is genuine.

Scam guidance →
C

Unauthorized transaction

Review the account and transaction source and contact the applicable payment provider when appropriate.

Escalation

When the first fix does not solve it.

Complex issues may require more information or review. The appropriate support path depends on the nature of the problem.

Level 01 Self-service checks

Confirm basic account, connectivity, device and application conditions first.

Level 02 EnoFlix Support

Provide the relevant account or technical information through the dedicated support service.

Level 03 Specialized review

Where available and necessary, a support issue may require review by an appropriate internal or service-provider team.

Level 04 External provider

Issues controlled by an app store, payment provider, internet provider, device maker or another independent service may need to be addressed through that provider.

Support request

What to include when asking for help.

Include enough information to identify the problem without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

What happened

Describe the issue and what you expected to happen instead.

Where it happened

Identify the page, feature, title, application or device involved.

When it happened

Give an approximate date and time if timing is relevant.

Error information

Include an error message or error code exactly as displayed where possible.

Steps already tried

Mention troubleshooting already completed so unnecessary steps do not need to be repeated.

Supporting evidence

A screenshot can sometimes help when it does not expose passwords, complete financial credentials or unrelated private information.

Common questions

Before you contact support.

These answers explain the general route. Account-specific outcomes can vary.

I forgot my password. Where should I start?

Use the supported account-recovery or password-reset process available through EnoFlix. If you cannot recover access, continue to EnoFlix Support.

Why is a title unavailable in my region?

Content availability can differ because of licensing, rights, region, plan or other service conditions. Availability can also change over time.

Why is my subscription managed somewhere else?

If the subscription was purchased through an app store or another third-party billing provider, certain billing, cancellation or refund actions may need to be completed through that provider.

Why are subtitles or audio options different between titles?

Available subtitle, caption and audio tracks depend on the title, region, rights, localization materials and supported playback configuration.

Can EnoFlix Support help with my internet connection?

EnoFlix Support may help identify whether a problem appears related to streaming, but network services controlled by your internet provider may require assistance from that provider.

Where do I report a suspicious EnoFlix message?

Review the Safety Centre and use EnoFlix Support to report suspected impersonation or suspicious activity.

Where do I report an accessibility problem?

Review the Accessibility page and use EnoFlix Support to report the barrier, including your device and assistive technology where relevant.
