About these Terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the EnoFlix contracting entity that provides the EnoFlix service to you.

They apply to EnoFlix websites, applications, streaming and playback experiences, account functionality, subscriptions, promotions, rentals, digital purchases, downloads and other products or services that reference these Terms.

By creating an EnoFlix account, starting a subscription, completing an eligible transaction or otherwise accessing an EnoFlix service, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for a particular product, transaction or promotion.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the affected EnoFlix service.

Key definitions

EnoFlix

The EnoFlix service, platform and applicable contracting entity providing the service to you.

Service

EnoFlix websites, applications, streaming, playback, account, subscription, transaction and related digital services.

Content

Movies, series, programs, live or recorded events, music videos, artwork, text, subtitles, dubbing, metadata and other audiovisual or editorial material available through EnoFlix.

Account

The credentials, profiles, preferences, entitlements and other information associated with a registered EnoFlix user.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must have legal capacity to enter into the agreement applicable to your account.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for a minor to use the service, that authorization must be obtained.

You are responsible for ensuring that people who use EnoFlix through your account comply with these Terms.

Account access, household rules, supported devices and simultaneous streams may vary according to your plan, country, service configuration and content rights.

Your EnoFlix account

Accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping information associated with your account reasonably current.

Account credentials

Keep passwords, verification codes and other authentication information confidential.

Do not knowingly provide account credentials to an unauthorized person or use another person's account without permission.

Unauthorized access

If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, change your credentials where available and contact the EnoFlix Help Centre .

Profiles and personalization

Profiles may maintain preferences such as viewing activity, language, subtitles, recommendations, watchlists and parental or household controls.

Subscriptions and renewal

Some EnoFlix features require a paid subscription.

Plans, pricing, taxes, billing periods, content access, supported devices and included features may vary by country, platform and offer.

Recurring subscriptions

If your subscription automatically renews, you authorize recurring charges to the applicable payment method until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Cancellation

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the cancellation method provided for your account or through the third-party platform from which you purchased the subscription.

Unless applicable law or the offer states otherwise, cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and does not retroactively reverse a completed billing period.

Free trials, promotions and special offers

EnoFlix may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, referral benefits, regional promotions or other offers.

Offers may have eligibility requirements, geographic limits, duration restrictions, redemption limits and other conditions disclosed with the offer.

An offer may be restricted to new or eligible customers and may not be combined with another promotion.

Payments, taxes and billing

The price and billing frequency applicable to a paid product or service will be presented before you complete the applicable transaction.

Prices may vary by country, currency, product, platform, applicable tax and payment method.

You authorize EnoFlix or its authorized payment provider to process charges associated with transactions you approve.

Payment failures

If an authorized payment cannot be completed, EnoFlix may retry the payment where permitted or limit access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

Third-party billing

If you subscribe or purchase through an app store, telecommunications provider or another third-party billing partner, that provider may control billing, cancellation and refund procedures for the transaction.

Licence to access EnoFlix content

EnoFlix and its licensors grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access content made available to your account for private viewing.

The licence is subject to your subscription, transaction rights, geographic location, device eligibility, applicable content rights and these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to digital content is licensed rather than sold.

Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, performers' rights or other intellectual property in the content.

Content availability, regions and playback

The EnoFlix catalogue may differ by country, territory, language, plan, account type and licensing window.

Titles, seasons, episodes, language tracks and other content may be added, removed, replaced or temporarily unavailable.

Content availability may change because of licensing arrangements, legal requirements, rights restrictions, safety concerns, technical issues or business decisions.

Playback quality may depend on factors such as your device, network connection, bandwidth, subscription plan and the format in which a title is available.

Rentals and digital purchases

Some content may be offered separately from a subscription through a rental, pay-per-view or digital-purchase transaction.

Before completing an eligible transaction, EnoFlix may display information such as price, availability, viewing period, playback restrictions and expiration conditions.

A digital purchase generally grants a personal licence to access the content through EnoFlix. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying movie, program, music, artwork or other intellectual property.

Refunds

Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, the type of transaction, whether playback or access has begun, and any transaction-specific terms presented at purchase.

Offline downloads

Certain plans, titles and supported devices may allow temporary downloads for offline playback.

A download may expire, require periodic connection to the service or become unavailable when your subscription, device authorization or applicable content rights change.

Downloaded content may contain digital rights management and other technical protections.

You may not extract or redistribute protected downloaded content except where EnoFlix expressly provides that capability.

Acceptable use

You must use EnoFlix lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the service, creators, rights holders, other users or platform security.

Unless EnoFlix expressly authorizes it, you may not:

• redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, resell or commercially exploit EnoFlix content;
• copy or capture protected audiovisual content outside functionality expressly provided by EnoFlix;
• remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks or rights-management information;
• circumvent digital rights management, subscription controls, geolocation controls, device restrictions or security systems;
• use bots, scrapers or automated systems to harvest data or interfere with normal operation of the service;
• probe, attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to EnoFlix systems;
• reverse engineer protected software except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits;
• use the service to distribute malware, fraudulent material or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to use an account.

Security, fraud and service integrity

EnoFlix may use authentication, fraud detection, device controls, digital rights management, playback protection and other technical measures to protect users, rights holders and the service.

We may investigate activity that appears to involve fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of promotions, compromised credentials or attempts to defeat security controls.

Intellectual property

The EnoFlix platform, applications, software, interfaces, logos, trademarks, designs and other proprietary materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Rights in movies, television programs, music, artwork, subtitles, dubbing, photographs, promotional material and other content may belong to EnoFlix or to third-party creators, studios, licensors and other rights holders.

Use of EnoFlix names, logos or brand assets is subject to the EnoFlix Trademark Guidelines .

Copyright complaints may be handled under our Copyright Policy and, where applicable, our DMCA process .

Third-party platforms and services

EnoFlix may interact with app stores, payment processors, device manufacturers, identity providers, content partners and other independent third parties.

Those parties may apply their own terms and privacy practices to services they independently provide.

A link, compatibility feature or integration does not mean EnoFlix controls the independent third-party service.

Service communications

EnoFlix may send communications necessary to operate your account or provide the service, including security alerts, authentication messages, billing notices, changes to the service and legally required notices.

Marketing communications are handled separately where applicable and may include preference or unsubscribe controls.

Suspension, restriction and termination

You may stop using EnoFlix at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations and any applicable transaction terms.

EnoFlix may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address:

• fraud or unauthorized account activity;
• significant security risks;
• unlawful activity;
• material or repeated violations of these Terms;
• unresolved payment failure;
• sanctions, court orders or other legal requirements;
• threats to EnoFlix infrastructure or other users.

Where appropriate and legally required, EnoFlix may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before permanent account action.

Service availability and disclaimers

EnoFlix works to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, online services can experience maintenance, outages, network failures, device incompatibility and other interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every title, feature, device, playback quality or service function will always remain available.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, EnoFlix is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the applicable service or transaction was entered into.

The legal rules governing liability may differ by jurisdiction and according to whether you are using the service as a consumer.

Changes to these Terms

EnoFlix may update these Terms when services, technology, business practices or legal requirements change.

Where a change is material, we may provide reasonable notice through EnoFlix, your account, email or another legally appropriate method before the change becomes effective.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to your relationship with the EnoFlix contracting entity, subject to mandatory consumer, jurisdictional and other rights that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to surrender access to a court, tribunal, regulator, consumer-protection authority or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

General terms

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with policies and transaction-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing the applicable EnoFlix service.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

A delay in enforcing a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

EnoFlix may transfer rights or obligations as part of a lawful reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing or transfer of the applicable service, subject to applicable law.
