These guidelines explain how the EnoFlix name, logos and other brand elements may be referenced, displayed or used by media, creators, partners, developers and members of the public.

Consistent brand use helps viewers, creators, partners and the public distinguish official EnoFlix services from independent or unrelated products. These guidelines are intended to help prevent confusion without restricting lawful, truthful references to EnoFlix.

Section 01

EnoFlix brand rights

The EnoFlix name, logos, product names, interface branding, slogans, artwork and other distinctive brand elements may be protected by trademark, copyright, unfair competition and other applicable laws.

Rights may differ by brand element and jurisdiction. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as stating that a particular EnoFlix mark is registered in every country or jurisdiction.

Registration status

Registration and application status can vary by jurisdiction. A particular symbol or registration claim should only be used when supported by the applicable trademark record and authorized brand materials.

No implied licence

Except where these guidelines expressly permit a limited reference, nothing here grants a licence or ownership interest in EnoFlix brand elements.

Section 02

Writing the EnoFlix name

When referring to the service, use the EnoFlix name consistently and avoid modifications that could weaken recognition or create confusion.

Ordinary capitalization differences in running text may sometimes occur, but organizations representing EnoFlix formally should use the approved presentation supplied for that purpose.

Truthful reference to EnoFlix

People may generally refer to EnoFlix in a truthful way when discussing the service, reviewing content, reporting news, identifying compatibility or otherwise describing a genuine relationship with EnoFlix, subject to applicable law.

A reference should not

  • falsely suggest that EnoFlix sponsors, endorses or operates an unrelated product;
  • imply an official partnership where none exists;
  • suggest that an independent service is an official EnoFlix service;
  • use EnoFlix branding more prominently than necessary to identify the subject;
  • misrepresent the nature of a relationship with EnoFlix.

  • “Available to watch on EnoFlix,” when factually accurate.
  • Reporting news about EnoFlix.
  • Describing legitimate compatibility or integration.

  • “Official EnoFlix Partner” without authorization.

Give the identity room to breathe

EnoFlix brand artwork should remain visually distinct from surrounding text, logos, photography and interface elements.

Use artwork on backgrounds that preserve legibility and sufficient visual separation. Avoid placing the identity over distracting imagery or low-contrast surfaces.

Uses that can create confusion

EnoFlix brand elements should not be used in a way that is misleading, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful or likely to create confusion about source, sponsorship or affiliation.

  • Identify EnoFlix factually.
  • Clearly identify independent businesses as independent.
  • Use approved assets where authorization exists.
  • Respect applicable partner agreements.

  • impersonate EnoFlix;
  • create counterfeit EnoFlix services;
  • use the brand for fraud or phishing;
  • imply unauthorized sponsorship;
  • imitate official account identities;
  • present altered artwork as official.
Section 07

Domains, social handles and application names

Domain names, social-media accounts and application names can create particularly strong impressions of official affiliation.

Unless authorized, do not adopt a name that is likely to make users believe an independent website, application, account or service is operated by EnoFlix.

Avoid registering confusingly similar domain names that appear to represent an official EnoFlix property.

Social handles

Do not use EnoFlix branding or names in a way that makes an independent social account look official.

Applications

An independent application should not use a name or icon likely to be mistaken for an official EnoFlix application.

Community projects

Fan or community projects should identify themselves clearly as independent when using a lawful reference to EnoFlix.

Section 08

Merchandise, promotions and commercial use

These public guidelines do not authorize the manufacture or sale of merchandise carrying EnoFlix logos or other distinctive brand artwork.

Commercial uses such as branded clothing, accessories, packaging, promotional products, advertisements, sponsorship material or co-branded campaigns may require written authorization.

Commercial use Do not assume public visibility of a logo means it is free to place on products.

Trademark and copyright permissions can apply independently of whether an image can be downloaded or viewed publicly.

Editorial, press and commentary

Journalists, reviewers, researchers and commentators may refer to EnoFlix when reporting or discussing the company or service in a truthful manner, subject to applicable law.

News reporting

The EnoFlix name may be used to identify the subject of legitimate reporting.

Reviews

Reviews and commentary may identify EnoFlix without implying that the review itself is sponsored or produced by EnoFlix.

Screenshots

Use of screenshots or interface imagery may involve additional copyright, privacy or content-rights considerations beyond trademark law.

Press assets

Where EnoFlix supplies dedicated press artwork, use the supplied files and any accompanying conditions.

Section 10

Partners, creators and rights holders

A creator, distributor, technology provider, advertiser or other organization may only describe a relationship with EnoFlix to the extent that the relationship actually exists.

May truthfully state that eligible content is available through EnoFlix when accurate.

Brand use should follow the applicable distribution, marketing or licensing terms.

Attribution and trademark notices

Where an agreement, brand package or other authorized instruction requires trademark attribution, use the wording provided for that specific use.

Do not invent registration statements, registration numbers, legal ownership statements or trademark symbols for EnoFlix materials.

Public guidance

EnoFlix names, logos and related brand elements may be trademarks, service marks or other protected brand assets of their applicable owners. Specific legal notices may be supplied for authorized uses.

Section 12

Requesting permission

Uses beyond ordinary truthful reference may require permission before publication, distribution or commercial launch.

A useful request should explain:

  • who is requesting permission;
  • which EnoFlix brand element is involved;
  • exactly how the material will be used;
  • whether the use is commercial;
  • the countries or regions involved;
  • where the material will appear;
  • how long the proposed use will continue;
  • any relevant launch or publication date.

Submission of a request does not itself grant permission. Approval should be obtained before relying on a proposed use that requires authorization.

Reporting suspected brand misuse

If you encounter a website, application, advertisement, social account, product or communication that appears to impersonate EnoFlix or misuse EnoFlix branding, you can report the concern through EnoFlix Support.

Helpful information may include:

  • the URL or platform involved;
  • the account or application name;
  • screenshots where appropriate;
  • the date the material was observed;
  • a description of why the use appears misleading or unauthorized.
Fraud or impersonation Brand misuse can also be a security issue.

If a suspicious use of the EnoFlix identity appears connected to phishing, account theft or payment fraud, also review the EnoFlix Safety Centre .

Guidelines may change

EnoFlix may revise these guidelines as its brand system, products, partnerships and legal protections evolve. More specific written agreements or permissions may override these general public guidelines for the applicable use.
